The Hastings Health Unit will be sending out letters to families that need to update their childs Immunization Records. Please check to see if your child is up to date. You can check with your local health unit or possibly your physician. Health Unit in Bancroft 613-332-4555
If you do not wish your child to be immunized, you will need complete the Statement of Medical Exemption (for health reasons) or the Statement of Conscience or Religious Belief (for non-medical reasons)
